What is PokéSurvivor?
A free, fan-made survival (bullet-heaven) game with Pokémon. Pick a partner, survive hordes, level up mid-run, evolve your moves and battle legendary bosses in rifts. It runs in any modern browser.
Is PokéSurvivor free to play?
Yes — 100% free, no ads, no in-game purchases. The developers accept voluntary donations that only cover servers and the domain, and donations give no gameplay advantage.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No. It runs entirely in your browser on PC, Mac, Android and iOS. Open the play page and you’re in a run within seconds.
Can I play Pokemon Survivor on mobile?
Yes. The game plays horizontally — rotate your phone to landscape, drag your finger to move, tap an attack icon to switch moves.
How many players can play together?
Up to 4 in online co-op. Browsers connect directly to each other (peer-to-peer, like a video call), so no account is needed — just share your session.
How many Pokémon are in the game?
All 1,025 species are in the roster. Regional starters are playable from the start; the rest unlock through collection, gacha and legendary rifts. Shiny variants exist too.
Is my progress saved?
As a guest, progress lives in your browser only — clearing browser data wipes it. Create a free account to store collection, coins, upgrades and stats on Firebase and continue on any computer.
Is PokéSurvivor safe to play?
Yes — no ads, no purchases, no crypto or NFTs. One note: co-op is peer-to-peer, so players in your group can see each other’s IP address. Play with people you trust.
Is this the official Pokémon game?
No. PokéSurvivor is an unofficial fan game and this is an unofficial fan hub — not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or The Pokémon Company.
How do I win a run?
Survive, snowball your build, then clear rift arenas where 87 legendaries wait. Beating one adds it to your collection permanently. The survival guide has the full tactics.
How many moves are in the game?
64 upgradeable moves, and the right pairs fuse into evolved signature attacks that occupy a single slot. See the moves & evolutions page.
What are rifts?
Closed arena battles where a legendary boss waits at the end — 18 arenas in rotation. They are the real endgame: no endless horde, just phases, adds and a boss that punishes bad positioning.
